Our Story

New Beginnings Christian Counseling was founded in 2019 with a vision inspired by a divine word spoken to the founder in 2017 during a church service: "New Beginnings, new everything." This prophetic message ignited a passion in its founder to create a sanctuary where followers of Christ could find solace and support in navigating mental health challenges without shame or judgment.

By embracing the principle of "New Beginnings" as both its namesake and guiding ethos, New Beginnings Christian Counseling offers a beacon of hope and renewal for those ready to embark on a journey toward wholeness and restoration.

What We Believe

At New Beginnings Christian Counseling, we believe in biblical truths. We believe in God the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth (Genesis 1:1), and in Jesus Christ, His Son—who suffered, was crucified, died, and was buried (Luke 23:46). He descended into the kingdom of darkness, where He triumphed over the spiritual rulers and authorities (Colossians 2:15; Ephesians 4:8–10). He ascended into heaven with all power and now sits at the right hand of the Father (Matthew 28:18; Acts 2:33; Ephesians 1:20–21). We believe in the Holy Spirit (John 14:26), the assembly of the saints (Hebrews 10:25), the forgiveness of sins (Ephesians 1:7), the resurrection of the body (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17), and life everlasting (John 3:16; John 10:28).

We believe that love is central to the Christian faith—love for God and love for others (Matthew 22:37–39). This love is active, expressed through kindness, patience, humility, and grace (1 Corinthians 13:4–7). It shapes how we care for our clients and how we walk alongside them in their healing (Galatians 6:2).

We also acknowledge the reality of spiritual warfare (Ephesians 6:12), yet we stand firm in the truth that the same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in every believer (Ephesians 1:19-21). Our work is to help others live in that truth, walking in spiritual authority, freedom, and purpose (John 8:32; Luke 10:19).

Purpose
